I left two reviews one raving about my first appointment being the best I ever had and the second, not so good because it took 5 weeks to get may glasses, and they did not communicate with me when I reached out as to the "why". On the last call, 5 weeks, they made good and texted me to pick-up my glasses. I picked them up the next day and they offered me a $50.00 refund for my trouble. I had to come back and state that they made things right . I am sure this was just a misunderstanding, however, I would tell them that feedback and a promise to get back to you, should be followed through. Yet again Premier Eye has shown how great they are! I have been coming here for years. They are professional, diligent, and caring. I can't say enough about Dr. Marlee and her staff. I drive over an hour to get here and will continue to do so. I had a pretty bad eye infection and am traveling for work next week. They got me in and diagnosed immediately. I know my eyes are in good hands. Thank you Dr. Marlee!

Was shocked at first since I never been here but this was very friendly and very helpful with getting contacts and even showed how to do it. Surprise to me I had apparently torn something in my eye which could’ve left me with lose of vision potentially blind in my eye.
