Huge shoutout to Maria at Ulta in Clifton for a great haircut experience today! This was my mom's first cut outside the home in several years, because with her Alzheimer's, taking her for a haircut is tough. But Maria was wonderful! She was so patient, quick, and did a perfect job, all while being incredibly kind and professional. Maria made all the appropriate adjustments to ensure my mom was taken care of every step of the way. The extra support from her coworker and a customer who spoke with my mom made it even better. What an AWESOME staff! I called before I visited this location a couple days and spoke with Carlos (Mgr) who was patient and helpful. I wanted a Sumer skin tint, but had no idea which worked best for me. Yani approached to help. She is just great! She took her time and helped me color match, offered me options without being pushy or overbearing. The cashier was also super friendly; I hate that I can’t remember her name. From the beginning to the end, this was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!!
