Went for a wax at massage envy. The environment was clean, relaxing and professional. I really like the lady who did my massage - she was interested - informative about what she was doing but not overly communicative for a massage therapist.
I had the thought already that I should go back!

I had a massage and facial. The massage was wonderful overall with Marcia. On the other hand, the facial was decent but the atmosphere and engagement was lackluster. I will probably not book Jen again for a facial. I'm not sure if it was a bad day or what, but I did not feel welcomed.

I am writing to retract my earlier review stating that this location has bed bugs. After further consideration, I would like to clarify my experience and apologize for any misunderstanding.
