Very poor customer service. If you don’t accept an insurance it should be listed on your site. Wasted my mother’s time.

Question, does the office takes walk-ins? I would like to follow up on about my x-ray. Please respond to me at your convenience. Thank you.

Dr. Waters is a great foot doctor. She is kind, gentle, and takes her time to explain everything and listen to my concerns. Her assistant, Nel Mary, is also very nice and makes you feel comfortable. They work well together and treat you with care and respect. The office is clean, and the staff are friendly. I’m glad I went to Dr. Waters, and I would definitely recommend her to others.

I am writing this review due to the lack of professionalism and ethics consistently demonstrated by the doctors and staff at this facility.
On April 22, 2025, I had a follow-up appointment. From the moment I walked in, the demeanor of the staff was unacceptable. I stood at the front window for at least 10 seconds before anyone acknowledged me. There were about six or seven staff members present, including a doctor I believe was named Dr. Waters, who came across as particularly unprofessional.
Gisselle was on the phone, another staff member with long blonde hair was occupied with her cell phone, and the only person who appeared to be working was a young woman logging products. The rest were conversing amongst themselves. Dr. Waters, who should have set a better example, was inattentive and disengaged.
After signing in, I waited 20 minutes before asking how much longer it would be. Gisselle responded in a sarcastic tone, saying, “I’m verifying your insurance.” In my experience working with ethical and professional doctors, insurance is always verified before a patient arrives to avoid delays or unnecessary waiting. This reflects poorly on the staff’s competence and respect for patients’ time.
I strongly suspect there was prior discussion about a complaint I had made during a previous visit regarding mistreatment, potentially due to bias. The staff’s behavior—cold and dismissive—seemed intentionally hostile.
During my appointment, no one asked for my shoe size, which I mentioned to Dr. Waters. Today was my first time wearing the shoes they provided, and they are clearly too large—they flop off my feet, and the right shoe is noticeably bigger than the left. Had they taken proper measurements and followed standard protocol, this could have been avoided. I didn’t have time to return home to change them without missing my train.
I am grateful that I recorded the visit as documentation. Additionally, Myra had promised a follow-up call, but I have not heard from her since the initial contact. I was willing to move on from the poor treatment until I wore the ill-fitting shoes today and was reminded of the lack of care I received.
These professionals are failing to live up to the ethical standards of their profession, and I plan to file a formal complaint with the Medical Board and notify my insurance provider. I do not believe I should be billed for a visit where I did not receive adequate care.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the treatment I received at the podiatrist office in Orang, NJ.. Unfortunately, my interactions with Dr. Sherstha and staff members Genesis and Maria Solorzan fell short of my expectations. ( very distasteful)
During my visit, I felt disrespected by Genesis's behavior, both in person and over the phone. When I discussed my concerns with Dr. Sherstha ( fabricator), I was provided with inaccurate information regarding the number of staff members with the name Genesis. Furthermore, I was informed by a pleasant representative today that there is only one Genesis working at the office.
Additionally, I was told by Maria Solorzan that I had an appointment scheduled for today, which was not the case. I also experienced a lack of communication regarding the availability of my items.
I am concerned that the behavior I experienced may be indicative of a larger issue within the office. As someone who has been treated unfairly, I am seeking a second opinion from another doctor and plan to report my experiences to the relevant medical board.
I hope that in the future, the office will take steps to address these issues and provide better care and respect to all patients.
I also plan to reach out to the NAACP to report my experiences and seek their assistance in addressing these issues.
I strongly feel there was a display of prejudice in demeanor.

Don’t go to the union city. The receptionist there have absolutely no idea how to do their jobs. From schedule mix up to personal data errors. You are just wasting your time.

I went to this establishment and did NOT stay to be evaluated. I was led to a waiting room and sat on the evaluation bed. I noticed that there was no disposable paper in the bed or pillow. When I asked that some be placed, I was told that the plastic covering the pillow is " wiped down" however it had a hole in it and I found this toebe a very unsanitary practice. Both the podiatrist and assistant were unwilling to accommodate my simple request for a sanitary environment. The podiatrist actually responded by saying "anyway" and attempted to go on with a conversation. At this point I felt disrespected and dismissed. As a result, I left. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL.
