Our private school was searching for a reliable and reasonable door company to replace aging exterior doors and update some classroom doors for school safety. Essex provided great service on both occasions. The second time, Dave and Kenny came out. School was in session but they both were patient and nice working around the kids that were running the hallways and sometimes in their way. All of the doors look great and are a hit with the parents and teachers.

My family and I are so grateful for the amazing customer service! My mom accidentally left her house keys at the store after closing, and the owner kindly came back to open the shop so she wouldn’t be locked out. That level of care is rare, thank you so much for going above and beyond!

John was amazing the service was super quick with a reasonable price. I had called a million places to make me keys on the spot because my car door locks had been changed by previous owners. Called at least 15 places but this company came through. Thank you John you saved my life
