I was skeptical because it seemed like a third of the reviews were negative in some kind of way. As a military veteran, I found Mr. Bernstein very professional and courteous. I was facing ten years. Long story short, my case was dismissed and expediently expunged. I was lucky the plaintiff didn’t show up, but also lucky to find proper representation within his practice, As the state picked up my case, he got it dropped to a municipal level. If it wasn’t for him, I would probably be behind bars, but instead I get a second chance at life, spending the holidays with my daughters & family. Highly suggest
