I feel obligated to provide this unsolicited review. Yesterday I had an issue that required an electrician. I'd seen Haddad trucks over the years (in Hoboken), so called them. It was early morning, and when nobody answered after four rings, I assumed it was too early and that I should call back afer 9:00 am. I didn't leave a message. Within minutes, however, Nick called asking what was up. I described the problem and he said they'd call me back once they figured out the day's schedule and when they could fit me in.
