I have used Hickory Run Family Practice for over 20 years now and have always been well taken care of. Obviously, they are very busy and pressed for time but all the doctors and nurses have always taken the time to answer my questions and explain their diagnostics and why they ended with it. Also, the clerical staff is very kind and helpful. All of these make me feel good and more connected with my doctor and nurse and I value that.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. i didn't have to wait in the waiting room, went right in for vitals and the doctor came in immediately. it was my first visit and my doctor answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this office!

The female doctors are really great but I wouldn’t recommend going to one of the male doctors if you are a woman. They tend to make me feel very uncomfortable. The only other complaint I would have is that one of the receptionists, Beth, was very rude to me when I tried to cancel an appointment. She was very short with me and ended up abruptly saying “bye” and hanging up on me before I could explain why I was cancelling.
