Kim did a great job selling my relative’s condo that was left in bad condition. I was the estate administer in charge of selling the condo. Kim put me in touch with several area contractors that did great repair work as getting the condo into selling shape was a big job. I live quite far from the condo so I depended heavily on her to keep track of the work being done. She sold the condo extremely fast at a much higher price than I expected. Kim is also extremely easy to work with & very knowledgeable about the housing market. I highly recommend her.
We worked with her twice when we bought our home she was selling and when we went to sell it again. We listened to her advise on price and what to do to prepare. She recommended local contractors to help with our septic before selling and it could not have gone smoother. We were in contract with in 5 days, she kept us informed of what was going on, great to work with highly recommend! Thank you again!
Kim did an amazing job listing, showing, meeting with customers even the town officials when I was away. Very on point, Very good at her job. She knows bald eagle like the back of her hand. If you're looking to sell in this crazy market I highly recommend Kim Saade.
