I have always had great experiences with everyone I have dealt with here, whether it is on the phone or in person. They have always been very nice and professional. Unlike many other offices, I never dread calling this one to make an appointment! The nurses are kind and caring, and the phlebotomists always successfully draw my blood on the first try. I left a separate 5-star review for Dr. Pietka, or this would go on forever.

Love my doctor but the front desk lady has a real attitude problem and probably shouldn’t be working in this field. I have Covid and she’s been nothing but rude and has an attitude every time I have a question, she also hung up on me! The only reason why I haven’t switched is because I love the actual doctor April. She should be removed from her position and not the first person to represent the office when someone calls.

I have been seeing April for . . . a decade? She’s amazing and caring and extremely competent. The receptionists aren’t always terribly polite but they do get the job done, and the clinic runs smoothly. Appointments are usually easy to get ASAP.
