In need of having our landscaping mulch replenished, we were happy to hear of a very positive experience with Heinz Landscaping from a friend. She and her husband were more than pleased with the outcome of the work that he did for them. When we contacted Mr. Heinz, he responded promptly and professionally. He reviewed our mulch requirements in person, asked questions, proposed solutions for our unique situation and provided a reasonable estimate. He scheduled the work and arrived when as planned. Having a busy day here living at Brae Loch where I take care of my mom with Alzheimer’s. I ran out to get her some groceries and when I returned my outdoor lamp had broken. The top had fallen and was in sad shape, perhaps due to an overgrown tree. I disturbed Joe when he was weed whacking, and he was kind and attentive, and cared that I was worried about the lamp and tree.
Two minutes later the tree is neatly trimmed and this guy went above and beyond and taped up my lamp. This saved me from exposed wires until it can get properly replaced. The condo community always looks beautiful here, and these guys go above and beyond!! Thank you!!
