I had a dress that arrived much later than expected and only had a couple of weeks over the holidays to get it hemmed and have the sleeves and shoulders adjusted. From the start, their customer service, friendliness, and responsiveness were above par. While they set clear and realistic expectations, they were also professional, confident, and willing to take on a job others hesitated to accept. The quality of the work was excellent, and they truly made my dress feel beautiful for such a special day. I’ll absolutely be coming back for all of my future tailoring needs. This my second review....Jeff is just such a master I am compelled to leave it. I brought in two sweaters that somehow became unravelled in the neck area resulting in gaping holes. I had no doubt Jeff could do the job.....what I was not prepared for was the work being so completely undetectable. These sweaters look they just came out of the store. This is painstaking hand stitching....simply amazing! I am moving back to manhattan soon but I will probably still bring my clothes to The European Tailor.. Thank you, Jeff !

Amazing service! What a standup guy ?
I needed a zipper replaced on a jumper within a few hours. I texted the owner photos to make sure he had the right zipper. He asked all the right questions as I had no idea what to do. He even had an invisible zipper in the same color! He turned it around within one hour, the cost was reasonable, considering the rush job, and even repaired my broken sunglasses. What a guy! You just don’t get service like this anymore.
