Really love their hair . It never fails me . And its great quality. I'm someone who is extremely frugal when it comes to purchasing hair , but this place has taught me quality over quantity .I tell my clients from Harlem to purchase this hair . The kinky straight matches our type of hair ! Also I like the store much more than the options on line.

Hair has an amazing texture, and last at least a year If properly cared for.. shipping took long last time I ordered from Georgia location soo I usually pick up at the Elizabeth location. My biggest concern is the hair smells terrible no matter where it comes from and they need to invest in supplies to sell that will eliminate that smells

Purchased $300 worth of tape ins YESTERDAY & my client just called telling me that the adhesive is faulty. THEY ARE SLIDING OUT!!!I should’ve read the reviews. Called to speak to the owner and was told to call back tomorrow. Never again.

Won’t buy anywhere else this hair I have had it installed 3 times moved to Georgia. I stopped in a hair store down here the owner asked me where did I buy this hair she said it was very good quality hair thank you B. Antonio’s

I am a usual client of B.Antonios so I stopped inspecting bundles and closures because of the relationship and trust that I assumed I had developed with this business. Usually a male helps me who I assume is the owner this time it was a female named Jasmine who not only sold it to me could care less about helping me this trash closure. I wish Jasmine was as strong with showing and selling the product as she was with stating after the fact there are “NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.” She could care less and was not even willing to notify the owner of what was going on. I’m a little mad but more disappointed. I posted pics this is brand new “supposedly” straight out the package however looks like a previous returned closure that they sold me. Needless to say due to the owner’s response and lack of care I will not be supporting this business any longer and will tell anyone who I encounter in the shops and this beauty world about what I experienced with this supplier.

Definitely not profesional AT ALL! The purpose of a business is to appeal to your client and make them feel welcomed and leave them wanting to go back for more. This place definitely has that philosophy screwed up. I understand the “No Return” policy but for someone still willing to give you business and is just requesting an exchange I don’t see why that can’t be done. Especially when the hair left the store within the last hour.
