It is unfortunate when you go to a professional establishment and errors are made, especially in such a thing as a piercing. I went to go the other day to get a septum piercing. I have gone to this place once before to get my ears pierced with Mario. It was Saturday so he was not there but I also was not made aware of that. A man named “Renzo” did my septum piercing. He was nice and all but he did it very incorrectly. The owner himself told me he has asked him not to do Septums… yet he did it. And messed up another one. I had the absolute pleasure of getting pierced by the one and only Mario, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked into the studio, I knew I was in for a treat. Mario's warm and welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease, and his sense of humor had me laughing throughout the entire process. First of all, let's talk about how nice Mario is. Have driven by this shop for a year and decided to go in after seeing other solid reviews about services. 5 star reviews are exactly true. Had Renzo do five ear piercings for me and went back two weeks later for a tattoo cover-up. I'm been putting off a cover-up for 14 yrs, worried it would just look worse. Renzo is a true artist. He worked with me on my vision, was very patient and made the whole process memorable. Can't wait to go back to get another tattoo covered up.
