Excellent service across the board! Joe, Chaz, and Greg are all outstanding and resolved the issue with my boiler. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and offer a very fair price. They arrived quickly and spent the time to, not only fix the issue, but explain what had gone wrong with my boiler and how they fixed it. They went above and beyond to help me with my heating issue, communicating throughout the process and arriving onsite super quickly. I would go with Perfect Climate Heating and AC again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!
We could not be happier with the new AC unit we purchased from Perfect Climate, and the excellent service we had from Chaz and Joe. Honest, professional, on time, responsive, and reasonable. We are more comfortable than ever, so very pleased. Highly recommend.
Needed a new AC install in May 2023. Chez was super responsive - got an assessment and quote the same day and replacement AC a few days later. His costs were in-line and reasonable (I double checked with my brother in laws who do hvac work). Even when we needed a service call, he had Noe here in 2 days on a holiday weekend and fixed the issue immediately. Would highly recommend!!
