Great place to challenge yourself while also having fun! Scott and his team genuinely care about your progress and have a great way of coaching to push you to be better! Highly recommend!!!
I have only been a part of this gym for 3 weeks and I highly recommend this facility. The trainers are fantastic. They push you to your fullest and they are so respectful and care about your well-being and goals. I have always wanted to try a class, but was held back by anxieties. I am never looking back. I break a sweat every class and feel my best self afterwards. The schoolis also great with younger kids as well!
This new adventure has been nothing but positive for my son. We have now been going here for over a year and love it. My son has a lot of trouble focusing and the staff is super patient while still upholding high expectations in an age appropriate and kind way. We highly recommend taking your child here for self-defense karate.
