Dan Perry at Jerm's installed our bathroom sink and did a great job. He got it done quickly and efficiently; he's friendly and informative. When I called to ask a few questions, he got back to me promptly with a thorough response. I give him 5 out of 5 stars.
great company always friendly with the best service techs in the business. the people from the office to the service folks are all great to work with and go the extra mile to make everything work perfectly.
1st matt mulvey came out and diagnosed our furnace! Very thorough! Very educated! Explained everything.He was super personable,funny, and an amazing guy that cares about what he does and safety is his number 1 priority! It was red tagged unfortunatley due to the heat exchanger being cracked and putting out co. And not safe for my family and I…. a couple days later we got a quote by Michael McCall super personable guy as well and walked through and inspected stuff out and gave us a quote. lucas wheeler and his co worker (forgot to grab his name) they came in today at 8am and just left at 430pm!
