July 10, 2024 We had 2 mini split cassettes/1 outside condenser unit installed recently by Jerm's Home Services. Mike came out to assess our A/C needs within a couple of days of our request. Detailed estimates were turned around quickly and all of our questions were timely answered. Estimates were reasonable compared to other companies. Dawn took care of the permitting paperwork and submission to our town. The units were ready for installation 2 weeks after ordering them.
