Ted delivered our mibox and did an outstanding job of placing it And the whole experience was wonderful.
Great company to work with, the customer service is terrific. Easy communication and price quotes. The driver , Ken who dropped off my box called ahead with his eta and to confirm exactly where I wanted the box dropped. Since I wasn’t able to be there when he came, he communicated again from the house and then sent a video showing the placement to make sure I was happy with it. Which I was. He was very nice and personable, as was everyone I have dealt with. Would highly recommend this company and a special shout out to Ken for going above and beyond.
