I was apprehensive when I moved to Newburyport six years ago from NYC where my dental team (Yes, it takes a village w/my mouth!) was top drawer. My concerns were immediately eliminated! The care concern and high degree of attention and skill match and often surpassed NYC! Apart from the medical level of quality, equally important is the 'front-of-house' support team. Top notch all around, with a special shout-out to Derek who runs the front desk and billing operations. SO accommodating and SO willing to work with you for both billing and scheduling issues and questions. Alyssa was who I saw for my recent procedure. She was amazing. Gentle and caring, and very good at what she does. I have to go back one more time for the 2nd half of what I need done, and I know I'll be in good hands. Going to the dentist has become an anxiety-free experience now thanks to the staff at Family Dental. of Seabrook. Thank you!
The staff is wonderful, very friendly and make you very comfortable. .always greeting with a smile . Ananda and all the girls are wonderful.. front desk us very helpful. Excellent services
