Their stylists have a keen eye for detail and provide great value for money. Many customers have found them to be fabulous and amazing, doing a wonderful job with haircuts and styling. Vicki, one of their stylists, is particularly praised for being personable and doing a fantastic job on haircuts, always asking if there's anything more she can do. I'm reluctant to share my favorite service providers openly because it may impact their availability once everyone discovers them! But in the spirit of Christmas, I will. Mugino at SmartStyle in Portsmouth is excellent for hair cuts at a reasonable price. Great service and very friendly.
Fabulous stylist. I started out with her 6 months ago after having undergone an electroencephalograph and having glue from 26 electrodes attached to my head that would not come out.
She did a fabulous job cutting it and of starting me out with a pixie and helping me grow it out and style it from that point forward. She is amazing.
I've been going to Smart style for several months. Vicki cuts my hair and does a fantastic job. Always pleasant and always asking if there's anything more she can do.
