Dr Davis and his entire team are hands down the best place to bring your furry friends. Incredible customer service, Top notch human beings caring for our pets. Thank you all for everything you do.

I have only had 2 appointments here so far with my Doberman puppy, and have nothing but compliments. The staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive. This is my first experience with a vet and I couldn't be happier. Strongly recommend!

Best vet I've ever taken my dogs too! The staff is very informative and welcoming. They are prompt in answering phone calls and also call me looking for updates after my dogs have been seen. They really care about what they do and want the best for the animals they treat!

These guys are ON IT! My cat Annie was NEVER given the attention she has here. She had a skin condition and she was overgrooming. They knew right away what to do. I get weekly calls and texts to check on her. I feel that they really do care. I'm so glad I switched from the cat hospital in Palm Harbor... I never got the level of attention that I get here. Thanks Sondra( sp) for the weekly check up.❤️

Very friendly staff! Very welcoming and caring. Clean facility. Dr Treat was fantastic and sat with me to explain everything after getting a new puppy. Made me feel well supported and cared for.

I have 6 dogs and have been using Northwood since we moved to NH in 2022. 4 of them have never seen another vet. I moved 40 minutes away and still made the drive because I felt they were worth it. That was until August 20th, I had an appointment for one of my puppies, he’s losing weight and muscle. Dr Davis tells me it could be Addison’s disease and we do the tests, pay an outrageous amount for it to be shipped to Michigan University to be tested. Was told the results would be in in a week. The 28th comes and he’s not doing so well so I call to see if the results are in. I was told they came yesterday and no one’s checked them. Not exactly happy but ok other animals are sick. Got a call back it wasn’t Addison’s disease and Dr. Davis would call me back. The 28th I had to take him to the er vet because he wasn’t doing well. He had an ultrasound with the er vet on the 29th. They found nothing to indicate what the issue is. Got a call from Northwood the 2nd asking how he is and told again that Dr. Davis would give me a call. Called today to hopefully find out what the next step is and still wasn’t given a vet. Was given to the “project manager” (not a vet). She asks how she can help me. Obvious answer is tell me what to do next. Instead I get told all kinds of excuses on why they haven’t done anything in 2 weeks to figure out what is wrong with my dog. I understand that there are other animals in need but 2 weeks of waiting and no answers is unacceptable. I will be looking for a new vet and will be contacting a lawyer because I was charged a ton of money to still not have the results discussed with me 2 weeks later. Sad part is I’ve never had a bad interaction till now. So disappointing.

Great vet hospital. Staff are friendly and professional. I have always taken my dog here for his well-being.

THANK YOU Northwood VET! Saved my Husky Minute. I called with an emergency, they got me in the same day, Treated my Huskies swollen leg, among other issues unfortunately. However, the DR. did her thing, filled me in with all the info about how to move forward. She supplied us with a bunch of meds. 2 days later Minute is back to eating again, walking, even trying to chase chipmunks! The girls from the office have called me each day since to make sure Minute is getting better and we understand the Meds perfectly.
I really appreciate the follow up and care this place has shown. Thank YOU!!!
