Our home inspection experience with Jed was phenomenal. While the results of the inspection were mostly “repair or replace”, we left feeling very educated because of the time Jed took to walk-through everything with us in a calm and matter-of-fact way. The report Jed sent included helpful diagrams, an easy to read grading rubric, and detailed explanations. He was incredibly kind and patient with us a first-time home buyers, and of course very knowledgeable. We look forward to working with Jed again for a future home purchase.
