As a contractor myself I have tried and tested many other brands of windows and doors. But Pella by far surpasses expectations for not only quality but also customer service. I had to go inspect a window one day and I mentioned it to Josh Thorp one of the pella reps and not only did he give me feedback on it but even showed up to the job site and got right into it with me pulling off trim and checking level and helped me figure out the problem. I have met many reps from many companies but this kind of service is top notch. Thank you Pella.
