Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super fast turn around - called him on a Wednesday and he was mounting my TV by Friday. Dave Schroeder just completed some work in our basement including new walls, drop ceiling, with new lighting, and a new door to bulkhead installed. He also installed a French drain near one of the basement windows. You can tell Dave takes pride in his work. His craftsmanship and professionalism really came through in our project. Dave was attentive, on time and completed our project within a week. Given the quality of Dave’s work, his rates are very reasonable. My wife and I are very pleased and would recommend Dave to family and friends.
