I've been a regular at The Wax Pot for nearly 4 years because Melissa's service is consistently top-notch, especially for Brazilian waxes. She's trustworthy, super friendly, & creates a comfortable atmosphere. The salon is always clean and organized. I highly recommend The Wax Pot for reliable and skilled services! Melissa is phenomenal! Both, as a person and a professional. I saw her 2 years ago as a first time customer for a Brazilian. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, she was extremely gentle and kind. I have been back every month! I always look forward to my appointments with her. Thank you Melissa!!!

I moved to Manchester recently and was on the search for a new place to get my eyebrows waxed. I came across The Wax Pot and saw how many amazing reviews they had! I decided to schedule an appointment - and am so glad I did! Melissa was so quick to respond and schedule my appointment, the process was so quick and easy, finding her location was also very easy with the detailed instructions she gave.
