I went there today, they where pretty busy but still able to get me in within 30 minutes. I had plenty of time to shop around at the other stores when I came back they where just about to call me and i had to wait about a extra five minutes. I had a inspo pic ready and all my colors picked out. I had my nails done by Nickolas he slayed and did exactly what i wanted. He had no problems fixing anything I didn’t like and it only took him 45 minutes. The total was 65$ and i gave a 15$ tip I got a full acrylic gell set. I absolutely love this place and am shocked their reviews are so low! I get a nail design gel and fashion shape(lately I’ve been on a stiletto kick) every time. No matter how slammed they are I always get in within a half an hour and as long as you vocalize exactly what you want or show a picture you will get an exact set of nails! I think a lot of complaints are guests not speaking up about what they definitely want and settling for good enough. I’ve had 3 different nail techs and they are immaculate every time! I went there and was greeted by lady I had dealt with in the past.she said she will be helping me with both my services. But she then said I will be helped by another lady. Fine. After I was almost done with pedicure a lady came in . She was speaking to the other staff loudly. She came over and said to me you are getting fake nails right ? I was shocked but retained my composure and asked her to repeat what she was asking me...She said it even louder...you want Fake nails ?...I said I would like a manicure.. she clearly spoke English very well so it was not a language barrier.
