Only the most superior vet experience ever! Everything from the facility, to the staff were legitimately superior. Dr. Francois Girouard was present, engaged, empathetic, unrushed, explanatory & understanding.
He is what we need in human physicians. 10 stars.

We are so grateful for all you did to help Winnie last night. Traveling with a young puppy became so scary when she got sick. You were so good to us and she is back to her spunky self today. Thank you so much to everyone!!

The save the life of one of our dogs so I got to give them credit for that but I will say they're one of the most expensive places around if you're in a situation where you need something done immediately I would recommend them they are nice caring people.

our dog Lola tangled with a porcupine on a Sunday morning, the staff was very responsive when I called. We drove the 20 minutes down. It did not take long to get in, even though they were very busy, Everybody was compassionate, nice, explained the procedure and the cost. we had a short wait, but they took good care of her and she was out and just a few hours . We are very fortunate to have a vet that is open to tend to our pets when our regular vets are not open. We appreciated the follow up call all as well! Thanks for all you do!

The team here is amazing! They helped walk me through an emergency situation with one of my chickens. Very kind and attentive staff—my girl made it through the night because of them.

My 12 year old Min Pin was having a great day. All of the sudden he started breathing very hard. I was hundreds of miles from my vet so I searched for a emergency vet near my location. This office had taken my dog in immediately and went to work on him. They finished their analysis of his condition, reviewed everything with me, gave me options as to next steps and they made a heart breaking recommendation for me to consider. I made a decision based on thier very solid guidance. I give this Vet an A+.
