I just had a massage with Alexander. It was fantastic, I know remember why self care is critical. He was able to resolve a nagging neck pain. His technique is remarkable. I have had many massages and different types of massage in my long life - I would have to put this massage in the top two ever!

I love Mudita studio and all of their instructors. Kat's Monday and Cara's Thursday evening classes are the best for overall body stretching and rehabilitation. They are both so knowledgably about how the body works and pass along that information during each class. Mary is an awesome instructor and I love the way she introduces new methods, especially the circle flow. Olivia and Alisa each do an amazing conditioning class incorporating very effective well rounded workout routines. Sara's Warm Slow Friday night class is the perfect way to end the week and the Sunday evening restorative classes are an ideal way to end the weekend and get your body ready... read full review

Absolutely incredible, I seriously can not say enough good things about Jillian. She does phenomenal work and is just so, so wonderful to work with!! Absolutely amazing experience, you will leave feeling like a new person every time, I would recommend this place with my entire soul
