I attended the Restorative Thai Yoga Massage with Janice and Kristen. This was the most relaxing 75 minutes I have had for myself. They made the experience comfortable for all that attended. Can't wait for the next one!

Very uncoordinated & a novice, I still feel incredibly welcomed at Yoga By Janice. Time there is exceptionally relaxing & calm. Today, a special class involving learning about ones pelvic floor, its importance & proper handling was held. Unbelievably informative & appreciated.

I had been fairly inactive and had not practiced any type of yoga in almost two decades. My experience at this studio was absolutely great and paramount at getting my mind and body conditioned! I was able to try many different classes with the new student special which was perfect. If I don’t get moved out of the area due to my job, I will certainly be returning.
