Woke up one morning to find myself without heat. LHR was able to send someone out faster than anyone else.The technician Joe Walker was great. Upbeat, informative and efficient. Problem was quickly identified and solved, no issues with the boiler since.

Excellent experience with having LHR address our toilet plumbing problem. Office staff (Sadie) was pleasant to work with. We were able to get an appointment within 2 days. Infact we were notified the day before when some time in their schedule became available thus making it possible to get the job done early. Plumbing Service Technician Jeff Boisvert was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He fixed our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. He was also very meticulous about not tracking any septic material through our house by judiciously removing and donning shoe covers every time he would return from his service van and walk through our house. Jeff replaced my disposal and did a fabulous job. I called in a panic in the morning with a bad leak in my kitchen, and he came over within 2 hours! He was very professional and efficient, and I had a working sink and disposal in no time. I highly recommend LHR. Ask for Jeff, he's great!
