I made an appointment from their web site for 1:30pm and answered the pre-registration questions. I got there a little early and was in the examination room at 1:35pm with little waiting.Feeling under the weather, they had all the test available that I needed to get me back on track of feeling better again. Gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and they explained everything clearly.There was a small amount of people and a comfortable amount of space in the waiting room.The premises was very clean and well kept up.The staff was friendly and caring.I will use CareWell Ergent Care again and will highly recommend them.

The Staff at Hooksett ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care was great. I was especially impressed with PA-C Sarah Leslie, who took the time to clearly address my condition with me, it's treatment, and follow-up regarding lab results. She helped make an uncomfortable situation more tolerable.My only issue was with scheduling. Going on-line at 8:20 am, the earliest appointment I could get was for 11 am. But my condition was more urgent than that, and when I called the clinic directly, I found out there was no one in the waiting room. So I went right in and had no wait. I'm a bit confused why the appointment time couldn't have been earlier.

I was seen fast and treated. The provider was great. But the nurse paramedic I believe he said. He doesn't listen or show any care. Not professional. Infact doesn't want to be doing it. I felt not important. That's my only issue
