I didn't get to take a class there today, but Mountain Base has to be one of the kindest yoga studios. During the festival today, Mountain Base had the studio open with play spaces and books for kids, a bathroom, and free snacks and drinks. It was one the coolest, nicest things I have seen a business do and they definitely deserve all the business in the world!
Mountain Base Yoga is an open and welcome space for anyone and everyone who wants to move and become more in tune with their body. Whether it’s your first class or your millionth you will learn and grow with yourself and those around you!
Lovely studio in the center of Goffstown, NH just a short walk from tea & coffee shops. Clean, warm and welcoming environment with many class options & workshops to chose from!
