Can't say enough good things about Mark+crew and Laura. We have used them for several different pellet stove related things at this point - yearly maintenance, replacing an outdated/faulty sensor that was causing unsafe overheating of the hopper, and just recently to reinstall our stove after it had to be disconnected due to work being done on our home.I have found them to be very responsive and very nice folks to work with, and Mark does such an amazing job of explaining things to the customer to ensure that they are doing the right things to maintain and extend the life of the stove and its components.
