I was so delighted with the compassion, kindness, and knowledge of the staff. They even contacted me a few times after my visit with my sick cat, to ensure that he was feeling better. Which he is, thanks to them. I have never experienced a veterinarian clinic follow up before. They care. They have heart. I will only be coming to this veterinarian and will recommend them to everyone I know.
We recently came to Epping Rd Vet and what a difference in the care shown to my dogs. The techs are fantastic as well as the vets and I feel like they truly care about both of my dogs. I was also very pleased with how knowledgeable they were about Great Danes as we have previously been given wrong advice about our dogs. I am so grateful to have found this practice!
I wish I’d known about this practice sooner! If you want you pet to have a positive vet experience - particularly if they are a rescue or have a trauma or anxiety background, this certified anxiety free vet is THE place to go. Trust me when I say they go the extra mile - my very traumatized, stubborn, sedation resistant pup is their toughest one yet - but their patience, team efforts, and creative approaches really are pet focused and show serious thoughtfulness.
