From the first moment I spoke to Emma about my friend’s death I received care and compassion. It was my first time being the point person for a death. Emma’s help and support made the whole process easier. I also had thoughts like ‘why do I need that’ and once I read the information Emma sent I could see why it was something she recommended I read. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire also took care of getting my elderly friend’s remains to her burial site which was a relief to me. I appreciate all that the team did for me and my friend.
