Squam Lakes responded promptly to my request for service. They sent a reminder text the day before the appointment and an update on the tech's arrival time. The service person was personable, efficient, and explained all the work performed. Overall, a very easy and pleasant experience.

The Squam Lakes Plumbing and Heating team showed up and replaced my leaking water heater the same day that I discovered my water heater was leaking. They went above and beyond since the original tank they brought was too tall for the space! They also educated me on the new tank components and taught me how to flush the tank. Professional, courteous, efficient and fairly priced. I highly recommend them!
