Mr. Handyman was called by my mother, Sandra Prososki, to a home she owns & in which I live. The outside door not being "tight" enough was allowing for multiple documented, costly pet infestations. "Mr. Handyman" had one job - make the door fit together into the framing appropriately enough to meet housing standards. When I arrived back to the home after the work, I immediately noticed that there was at least a 1/2" gap between the bottom structure and the door. I alerted my mother, Sandra, who said she'd call right away. A couple days later, part of the addition the employee had built onto the door had fallen off. Soon after, a mice infestation began. Now, before Mr. Handyman, "all" that could get under the door were flies & aunts - never vertebrates. I have managed to keep the mice limited to the covered porch, but cleaning up daily mouse carcasses is both disgusting & depressing. I've kept 2 mousetraps where the biggest door gap is, & have had 1-2 mouse occupying the traps daily, plus others being caught inside the porch. Sandra, my mother, claims to have called "Mr. Handyman" many, many times & left multiple messages - all of which have gone unanswered. If Mr. Handyman would like the chance for this review to be revised - they may reach Sandra at 402-630-3276. Had "Mr. Handyman" *not* "fixed" the door - I would have zero pests now. Instead, their lack of integrity in both craftsmanship & ownership of their work has led to a rodent infestation. 0/5 - DO *NOT* RECOMMEND
