John and Chris were hands-on along with their whole crew when we had a major waterline break that flooded our fully furnished walkout basement. Water soaked carpet and drywall was immediately removed. The number of driers and dehumidifiers installed the first day was impressive and no doubt shortened the cleanup phase. Constant moisture testing ensured repairs were made when ready. Their team of employees and contractors made expert repairs, and diligently protected surviving furniture. I reached out to multiple companies for water damage/possible mold. PuroClean reached out and helped me find a solution before any of the other companies even responded to my initial email. John spent the time to look at my concerns, gave me honest answers, and respond to all my questions, even though I ultimately did not need their services.Service: Mold inspection

Writing this review a few years after we worked with Puroclean. As with many homeowners, we have our fair share of challenging stories working with contractors, including ones that installed a faulty pipe, leaving us with water damage and mold.
