I began Pilates about 4 months ago. I am so fortunate in choosing Pilates Center of Omaha. I knew I was at the right place after completing my first 4 private sessions. Each instructor took the time to really get to know me and that has carried through to all the classes. I couldn't be happier with the instructors - I'm still learning something new every class!

Small classes, excellent instructors and great cuing during workouts. I was new this year and they helped me learn the 'ropes' quickly. I love coming here!

When I committed to doing 30 private lessons at the studio (to jump start a life long plan), I was set up with a set schedule after I actually called a number of places to find out if solo working out was possible and it was possible at many locations, including Pilates Center of Omaha (one client at a time, due to COVID). In fact, some places leave a space of 25 minutes and air out the space between clients. After surveying multiple places, I began working out at your studio. At any rate, the schedule was set and the room was one-client-at-a-time for the first 10 sessions. Then as other clients wanted my time slots apparently, I was booted from my set time. Then I started arriving to people in the room working out at the same time. While the CDC does suggest 6 feet for standing, I still think that people working out in the same space is discouraged. The instructors told me that they understood that I would be happy to take whatever time was available for "solo workouts" - due to COVID. Yet, I was still ignored and drove 40 minutes round trip, three different days, to find that others would be in the same space with me working out. I felt badly for the instructors too. They seemed blind-sided by not knowing who was going to book space, or when. Also, not that it should matter, but I work. I explained to the instructors that I was fitting this into a very full work week.My real issue here is that all the work and effort I put into those first 10 classes at 3 times a week, has been for nothing. Even the next 6 classes were so random (Once a week? Twice?) that the fitness and mobility benefits were not progressing. Now, while looking to get started with a new place, I am even farther behind. If I had known in the first week in June that Pilates Center of Omaha was only giving me a set schedule of three times per week, alone, until your "regulars" returned, I would have found a place that was going to carry through on what it agreed to in the first place.I feel like I am starting at square one. Thanks for accepting the feedback. I really like the instructors I worked with. It's a shame.

If you want to really experience PILATES, don't bother going anywhere but Pilates Center of Omaha. This is the place that will give you the most memorable workout every visit. It is a small class where the instructor ensures you are moving correctly to receive the greatest results. In a mere three months, my strength, flexibility, toning, and confidence has improved more than I could have ever imagined. I will be a lifer!

I highly recommend Pilates Center of Omaha. They are friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. Their instructors are thorough in training those new to Pilates, and consistently monitor the classes they are leading. If they do have concerns regarding someone's form, they will ask if you desire input. I have greatly enjoyed strengthening my core and body as I recover from a difficult season of life.
