My minivan battery was dead as it was parked in my apartment's parking lot. I called Litty Rescue Roadside, and Eric showed up in less than 20 minutes. He promptly removed the old battery, left to go purchase a new one, and came back and installed it all within an hour at a very reasonable price. My new car battery is working perfectly. I managed to leave my lights on for about four hours during a shift. Meaning, when I finally returned to my car later in the evening, the battery was deader than a doornail. Eric was the lovely young gentleman to answer the phone and offer not only kind words and lovely personality, but professional service and ridiculously fast response time. In less than half an hour from finding myself stranded in Downtown Omaha, Eric swooped in, jumped my car, and I was on my way. Litty Roadside rescue lives up to their name.
