We have been using KE for the last 6 months. Taylor has been extremely flexible and reliable to work with. They "automate" our social media campaigns, and yet we are always able to view posts and provide feedback on images, phrasing, etc... before they go live. They do a good job of getting a professional consistent message our to our patients and prospective patients.
Our account rep is very organized, comes up with great content to post and is open to changes if I want. The whole experience has been positive, and our social engagement has had significant improvement
