Couple weeks ago Jim White Contracting picked up my call immediately after a span of gutter fell off the front of my home. Richard was polite, professional and empathetic to my situation. He'd gotten my estimate prepared and to me within 48 hours. Richard always answered my calls/texts & emails as well as my questions and concerns. He offered very competitive bid (of the three companies I contacted) for seamless gutters with color choices, and the price did not go up after work was completed. Thank you so much for a wonderful outcome to both the siding and roof damage we sustained! Once the estimate was done Rich, who was our contact, took care of all issues with the insurance company, contact with them, answered whatever questions they had and was instrumental in getting our claim settled. The workers were great, experienced and thorough with their work! Quality work from quality workers. Again, we are blessed to have worked with such professional and caring people and a great company.
