I’ve been at HOTWORX for 4 years now. Some of the most encouraging, supportive, loving people I’ve met. Workouts are always changing and challenging me. The infrared benefits continue to impact my life in the best way possible. Reducing inflammation and bloat, my skin is clearer, I burn more calories because of it. Love it.

Tried this gym for February and loved, loved, loved it! You don't want to be around me in the summer heat, but the infrared saunas are a totally different story. Talk about invigorating! I went 14 times in February and had no soreness and these classes are challenging. I called out for my mommy a few times!
What's new about February? Muscle definition! Even inner thighs, which, if you're in your 50's, you know!
I want to mention the super friendly staff, the owner, the cleanliness, and thoughtful restroom areas/products. Thank you, I'll miss this gym. ??

I have a fitness blog "Tricia Tries It" doing 12 gyms in 12 months after "the year of pain" and a Crohn's Disease diagnosis.Hotworx Midtown was so generous in being the February gym! I went 14 times, trying various classes. My favorite was HOT Pilates. You would think the heat would be difficult, but it actually feels really, really good. Afterwards, I felt so invigorated, shouting in my car, "I DID IT!!" What I noticed the most in a body change is the muscle definition in my arms and legs (inner thigh!) and absolutely zero soreness throughout the month and that is brand new.Will miss this gym, the super friendly staff and owner.
