I had a great experience here as a new patient! The optometrist Anna Thompson was fantastic. She was able to get me set up with a more reasonably priced contact prescription and a prescription that is better geared towards me overall. Thank you!I also really like how they will use texting as a form of communication with patients, It is very convenient especially if you can’t take a phone call at the moment.

The Optometrist was very pleasant and professional; however, I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST I DID NOT REQUIRE A CONTACT LENS, because my original appointment was on 11/06 I canceled, because I FOUND MY OTHER CONTACT I HAD THOUGHT I HAD LOST, so I ONLY WANTED A GLASSES TO EXAM I do not feel I should have to pay the contact lens fitting fee, because I did not ask for one on my appointment on 11/13/2023…my last contact lens exam was only 5 months ago

Bright Eyes optometry was very personal and caring. A nice pace in personal care for a change in a competitive eye care industry. Not your typical Walmart eye doctor. I am very happy with their service and how I was treated.
