Brad was great to work with! I really appreciated how willing he was to jump on a call and talk through the lists of questions I sent him. He always got back to me within 24 hours (even when he was on vacation for some of my loan process). My purchase was FSBO and I feel he and the title officer he recommended went above and beyond in answering any questions I had about filling out the paperwork myself. I will be recommending him and First National to friends and family in the future.
