From making the appointment through appointment reminders, arrival, verifying demographics, testing and choice of eyewear, the visit was upbeat, professional and enjoyable. The total wait time was less than 10 minutes in a 1 hour visit. We have been customers for 20+ years, and continue to refer all friends and family here.
I had an emergency situation without an appointment- I came in and they were able to address my issues without delay. I would highly recommend them. Very kind, courteous and knowledgeable.
Dr. Rupp took plenty of time to explain exactly what was going on with my eye condition. He encouraged me to call if it became worse or I had questions. He was honest and caring. I would highly recommend Unity Eye Care!
