When I tell you these guys are stellar, I mean S-T-E-L-L-A-R!!! I had to call them out to do some work on my heater. They were very responsive, prices were on par, respectful of my home and time. Presented me with a few different options but didn't try to up sale anything which I really appreciated. Just gave me the options and let me make a choice. Outlined the work they said they would need to do, and communicated when they had to look at other parts, Communication is very important to me, especially when there's a delay or change, so I was so appreciative of that. They even offered to find me some heaters to use if they wouldn't be able to get it done before evening....read full review
Well I called two places Lee's refrigeration never called back they are out of seward never got a call back. So I called milford ac the worked with to get out here to seward to see why my ac wasn't blowing cool air. Jesse was the tech that can to work on it very professional he showed up earlier than I was told on the phone milford ac just earned themselves a repeat customer won't go through anyone else but them.Services: A/C system maintenance
I can always depend on Steve and Bill to get work done in a timely manner and that it is done right. They do their work with high integrity and they are reasonable. I don't need to worry about sticker shock after a repair Or install with them.
