Vital is hands down the best. The space is incredibly clean, cozy, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Heather is amazing! I was so relaxed that the 90 minutes flew by. I left in a state of total bliss that lasted well into the next day. Even now, my muscles feel worked out and completely tension-free. If you’re booking, I highly recommend going for the full 90 minutes! You deserve it!
My bestfriend gifted me a hot stone massage for my birthday and Vital Health was one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. Heather was so great and never felt so euphoric and relaxed afterwards. Would highly recommend coming here again and sharing with friends!
Heather is an incredible massage therapist. She has such a calm, grounding presence that immediately will put you at ease. Her work is very intuitive. She seems to know exactly what your body needs without you having to say much. After my massage session with her, I left feeling not only physically better but also deeply grateful.
