This company is very unprofessional with employees. Starting wage for supervisor position is $14 per hour with expectations high.
As I was being “trained” for my role as supervisor on first day I was told “we just throw you in to see where your at & go from there”. That is NOT training. (What a waste of money for the entire company as a whole if this is standard operating procedure.)
The person “training” me was a floater off some sort stating that she gets paid quite well & likes being at that account because of little work needing done for her pay rate but if she were to take the job ft her pay would decrease, the company has someone giving feedback on this position needing filled through someone whom does not want the position filled. lol!
The “trainer” also said the dusting was far too much for one person to handle so she just does not do it- even though it’s supposed to be done per the contract. The facility was filthy- walls,dust,bathroom walls and stalls,etc….
Management “Chris” - what a joke you are! On my second day 2 hours before my shift he calls with some line he was reading verbatim & actually asked me to bring the shirts back that I had to pay for. Where did this clown of a business come from?!?…

My girlfriend worked for service masters 10/10 so not recommended working here they are entirely unepathetic unprofessional and everything bad I have nothing good to say neither does she they try to fire her 2 times for no reason at all they lay off people every couple a weeks and hire new ones all the manager and supervisors a digusting people and the one supervisor who was desent they laid off for no reason as well never work here

Not a very good company yo work for.Ineffective office qorksrs that are also unhelpful. Will work you like a slave and expect you to do another building by yourself.

over the winter break in late december. Service master was hired by the university I attend to come in and move the things out of my room into the living room because of a burst pipe flood. Moving the items they did not break anything but they did ruin my items. For some reason they moved all of my clothes in trash bags. This would not of been a problem, but they duct taped them shut. So, for around two weeks my soaking wet clothes, towels, sheets and even shoes sat in an air tight trash bag. When i got there and cut open the trash bags the smell stained my new room for a week and I soon came to realize all of those items were ruined. I tried washing them multiple times but with mold stains and a consistent smell they are worthless. I have never wrote a review but this just makes so sense as to why service "masters" would think that doing that was a good idea.Services: Factory & industrial business cleaning

they hire their employees at minimum wage and so you don't get the service you need and half the time the employees are caught sleeping in the closet or stealing your stuff off your desks they don't do a thorough background because a few of their employees are on registry I know I wouldn't want a company that hires people like that in my office. as you notice as well they're the only cleaning company having the most problems because they hire at $9 an hour and the owner doesn't even care shoot when I started there I went in for a piss test I didn't even get the pee out and she marked negative how do they know I would not have done that that would not be okay. so good luck

It's one of the best locations and company's I believe it's close range distance they're friendly staff work there they're always looking good and productive an neat here in the land of lincoln and the pay rate and jobs seem better
