Had a good experience with Roto-Rooter. They were responsive, arrived on time, and fixed our main line backup in less than 2 hours. Dustin the technician was professional, communicated clearly throughout the process, and took the time to show me what was going on. Very transparent team. Overall, honest service and a smooth experience.
We had a problem with our sewer backing up. What a mess we had! The service we usually use couldn't get to us until the next day. I called another plumbing service who also weren't able to come out until the next day but they recommended Roto Rooter and told us they do a good job. Not only was Roto Rooter able to squeeze us in and took care of the immediate issue, but they were able to tell us what the problem was. They wrote up and personally told us what they needed to do. The price of the repair although not cheap was reasonable. Yesterday they fixed the problem and the price didn't go up. Basement drain was clogged. Greg was able to remove all causing the problem. Knowledgeable! Tests all areas making sure all problems are resolved! Cleans area - super clean. Thanks Greg!
